The Vickers Room & Conservatory

Formerly the Pavilion Ballroom, The Vickers Room, has been beautifully updated to host conferences, hospitality events and special occasions. This versatile space features bifold doors, allowing it to flexibly accommodate medium to large groups. While now equipped for modern use, the room retains its grand, historic charm—offering a unique and impressive setting for any event.

 

Booking of this space includes use of our incredible conservatory and veranda. This extensions offers the perfect setting for relaxed drinks, socialising and entertaining.

Availability

Full Day: 08:00am – 5:00pm            

 Half Day: 08:00am – 12:00pm or 1:00pm - 5:00pm 

 Evenings up to 12pm

Suitable for groups sizes of:

  • 170 - 220 Delegates

    • Banqueting: Individual round tables with guests facing inwards

    • The whole ballroom with opened bifold doors.

  • 110 Delegates maximum

    • Banqueting: Individual round tables with guests facing inwards.

    • Bifold doors closed for ⅔ of the Ballroom. The most popular option
